This one was part of my February 12 of 12 as well. Just looking at this made me go and cut up and eat one. Gala was the apple of choice... crisp, sweet, and the skin isn't too tough. Produce number 4135, I don't know if that is universal throughout the world, but my guess it is.

Mmmm. Yes they look good. My preference is Braeburn apples. I see that the prices are pretty much the same as at the market here.
